We are not a training company that found its way into the residential childcare sector. We are practitioners, leaders and caregivers who have spent decades working in and leading children's homes. We have managed the homes, built the teams, navigated the Ofsted inspections and sat with children in their most difficult moments.

 

We know this world because we have lived it.

That experience shapes everything we do. Our training is not built from textbooks or borrowed from other sectors. It is built from what we know works, what we have seen fail, and what children in residential care actually need from the adults around them.

We believe that when the culture of a home is right, healing happens. When a team feels confident, connected and supported, children feel safe. When care is rooted in love, consistency and genuine therapeutic understanding, something extraordinary becomes possible for children who may never have experienced it before.

Our work is guided by DDP principles, PACE and our own deep knowledge of what relational, trauma informed care looks like in practice. Not just in theory. In the everyday moments. In the hard conversations. In the way a team member responds at two in the morning when a child is in crisis.

We are here because we care about the children in these homes. And because we believe the people caring for them deserve training that truly understands the role they hold.
